Meadows Capital Investment's Education division (MCIE) is one of the prominent ways the firm differentiates itself from similar competitors. We believe that our people are our most prominent asset, and as such believe in creating a work environment that is constantly looking to improve. We provide training and mentorship opportunities to all newcomers, providing them with basic understandings of the markets, no matter the role. Additionally, we encourage all firm members to utilize their skillsets, competing in national case competitions, and often allowing vertical movements throughout divisions to ensure our people find the best fit. Finally, the capstone of MCIE is the investment forums we host, where any firm member has the opportunity to pitch their idea for investment and receive feedback regarding their progress. By strengthening its human capital at all times, the firm is able to foster a productive environment for all.
